Raven Murray, M.S., MHC-LP, is a mixed-race Caribbean American psychotherapist who provides inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. Her work is grounded in a holistic approach to wellness that honors the connection between mind, body, and identity. Raven believes meaningful healing happens when all parts of a person are welcomed and supported.
She enjoys working with creative adults navigating relationships, career decisions, identity exploration, self-esteem, perfectionism, and major life transitions. Raven is especially passionate about supporting individuals from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities and is committed to increasing access to affirming and inclusive mental health care.
Raven draws from relational, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique strengths, cultural context, and goals. She takes a person-centered approach, viewing clients as the experts in their own lives while offering thoughtful guidance and support.
Her clinical experience includes working with preschool-aged children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in school settings as an ABA therapist, as well as providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults. She has supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, substance use concerns, emotional regulation challenges, interpersonal difficulties, identity-related concerns, and career stress.
At the heart of Raven’s work is the therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and affirming - where clients can show up as their full selves. Humor, warmth, and genuine connection are welcome in the room alongside reflection and emotional depth, helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they move toward growth and healing.
